Q. When is my rent due?
A. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, late after the 3rd.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Check, money order, EFT, ACH, credit card.
Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. Maintenance requests must be in writing - either thru tenant portal or email.
Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. If it is an emergency, you would need to call 911 - you would also call office number.
Most maintenance issues cannot be completed after hours - those maintenance issues would be handled first thing the following morning
Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. All repairs are completed in a timely manner. Some may require multiple estimates and prior approval before work can begin.
Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. Should it be determined that you will not be going forward with your lease renewal. You would give 60 day written notice prior to your lease expiring. You will receive move out instructions to help make it an easy transition. A move-out inspection will be completed to determine condition of the property and any charges accessed to your account. Once that is completed, any monies that is due and payable on your account will be deducted from security deposit and will be refunded within 30 days of move out.
